Si eres amante de los videojuegos, la historia de Nintendo y la figura de Satoru Iwata, este libro es una lectura imprescindible. Ask Iwata: Words of Wisdom reúne reflexiones, anécdotas y consejos del expresidente de Nintendo que marcaron un antes y un después en la industria. Este pequeño artículo te cuento mi experiencia con el libro y por qué deberías darle una oportunidad si te interesa el mundo de los videojuegos y la cultura japonesa. Además, que es bastante interesante para un estudiante de inglés

Uno de mis hobbies favoritos es, sin duda, jugar a videojuegos. Llevo haciéndolo desde que tengo uso de la memoria, y una de las primeras razones por la que empecé a estudiar inglés.

Como no, la compañía japonesa Nintendo ha estado siempre ahí.

El libro del que hoy hablo, es sobre uno de los presidentes más carismáticos que ha tenido la compañía durante toda su existencia (y van 140 años).

El libro cuenta muchas anécdotas sobre su vida personal y laboral, indicando muchos momentos clave en la industria del videojuego. Si estás interesado en conocer qué juegos estuvo involucrado, aquí tendrás una lista.

Además, es un libro bastante ameno de leer, usando un lenguaje sencillo y fácil de entender, aunque cuenta con algunas terminologías que pueden considerarse algo de nicho o específicas si no conoces el mundillo.

Como siempre, yo recomiendo su lectura a poco que lo conozcas.
