Formas Básicas: Around & About
Utilizar las preposiciones ‘around’ o ‘about’ es la forma más común de aproximar. En el inglés británico se prefiere about, mientras que en el americano es más frecuente around.
- Around: There were around 50 deer in the herd.
- About: The talk will last about 30 minutes.
- Round about: She lives round about a mile from the office.
Uso de Adverbios: Approximately & Roughly
Estos términos son ideales para informes técnicos o contextos profesionales. Roughly speaking se usa mucho al inicio de una frase para dar una visión general.

Roughly speaking:

El Sufijo -ish
