Y toca ver un poco el tema relacionado con los hoteles y que suele uno encontrarse. Lo he dividido en dos partes; El primero, vocabulario relacionado con el mismo, y posteriormente, una pequeña conversación que se puede dar cuando un cliente llega al hotel:

Y para terminar, una pequeña conversación sobre un cliente al llegar al hotel y realizar unas preguntas habituales:

Customer: Good morning, is this the hotel Six stars?

Receptionist: Yes, sir. How can I help you?

Customer: Excuse me, could you tell me what room I’m in?

Receptionist: Sure, what’s your name and reservation number?

Customer: My name is John Smith and my reservation number is 123456.

Receptionist: Yes, Mr. Smith, you’re in room 304, on the third floor.

Customer: Great, thank you. What are the meal times for the restaurant?

Receptionist: Breakfast is from 7am to 10am, lunch is from 12pm to 2pm, and dinner is from 6pm to 9pm.

Customer: Perfect. And what about the pool hours?

Receptionist: The pool is open from 8am to 10pm.

Customer: Thanks. And when is check-in and check-out?

Receptionist: Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

Customer: Okay, got it. Thank you very much.

Receptionist: You’re welcome. If you have any other questions or need anything else, don’t hesitate to ask.
